Before using PKG Store, there are a few one-time setup steps you need to complete. They are very simple, and the entire process is explained in a 3-minute tutorial video.

An update fixes bugs and improves the game.

If you do not want to update your game unitl it’s require by game. For Example “Call Of Duty” You won’t be able to play game without update and DLC.

DLC (Downloadable Content)

DLC is extra content for a game.

Example:

WWE 2K

• Base Game = Normal wrestlers
• DLC = Extra wrestlers, arenas, story modes

→ DLC is optional, but recommended if you want full content.

You can choose between Manual Payment and Auto Debit (Recurring Payment via PayPal):

• Manual Payment: If you manually purchase a membership, it will expire after the selected duration. You will need to renew it yourself.
• Auto Debit (Recurring Payment): If you select auto debit, PayPal will attempt to renew your membership automatically every month.

• Important Note About Auto Debit:

• If your payment is successful, your next renewal will happen exactly one month from the original purchase date.

Example: If you buy a membership on April 8, 2025, the next payment will be on May 8, 2025.

• If a payment attempt fails, your account will be suspended until the payment is deducted. PayPal will keep trying to process the payment.
• If the payment is successfully deducted later (e.g., on May 12 instead of May 8), the next payment will still be on May 8, not May 12.

What if I don’t want auto debit anymore?

If you don’t want auto debit:

1. Cancel the auto debit subscription from your PayPal account.
2. Let the membership expire and manually purchase a new one when needed.
3. Contact us on Discord if you need help managing your plan.

This can happen in rare cases due to a system or payment processing issue.

• Visit EZ PKG Store Page
• Browse, download, and install games, updates, or DLCs directly.

Note: Once your downloads have started (you can queue as many games as you want), you can safely close the RPI V3 app. The app only needs to stay open until the downloads begin.

If your membership expires, you won’t be able to access pkg.superpsx.com. However, you can still use the manual installation steps provided on superpsx.com to download and install games.

No, memberships are intended for individual use. Sharing login details may result in suspension of your account.

Every game has a region code:

• USA = United States
• EUR = Europe
• JPN = Japan

Which one is best?

For most users:

• USA or EUR is best
• JPN is only useful if you want Japanese language

There is no performance difference.
Only language and subtitles may change.

You can use the PKG Store not only from your console, but also from your mobile phone to send games directly to your PS4/PS5.

This is useful when:

• You want to browse faster
• You want to search games easily
• You want to control downloads from your phone

Visit the EZ PKG Store page. At the top of the page, you will see the Android app download link and instructions for iOS devices.

Android App Setup

1. Go to EZ PKG Store (available in the top menu after login).
2. On the left side, you will find the “PKG Store on Android” section with all the details.
3. Download and install the Android app:
   bit.ly/44ePMDh (enter this URL on your phone or PC and you’ll get android APK file)
4. Install android app on your smartphone
5. Open the app and log in with your PKG Store account.
6. In the IP Field, enter your PS4’s local IP address.
7. Make sure your PS4 and Android device are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
8. On your PS4, launch the RPI App.
9. In the Android app, select a game, update, or DLC, then tap Send. The download will start on your console.

iOS Mobile Instruction

1. Open Safari or Firefox (Firefox is recommended for better performance).
2. Go to: pkg.superpsx.com/iphone
3. Log in with your PKG Store account.
4. In the IP Field, enter your PS4’s local IP address.
5. Make sure your PS4 and iPhone are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
6. On your PS4, launch the RPI App.
7. On your iPhone, select a game, update, or DLC, then tap Send. The download will start on your console.

To become a member, visit the Subscription Plan page. After purchasing a membership, contact us on Discord, and we will set up your account.

In some cases, your internet provider (ISP) may block or limit access to our file hosting servers.
Because of this:

• Downloads may not start
• Or speeds may be very slow

This is not a problem with PKG Store, it is a network-level restriction.

Solution: Change DNS (Recommended)

Changing DNS to Google DNS or Cloudflare DNS fixes this for most users and often increases download speed.

Google DNS

• Primary DNS: 8.8.8.8
• Secondary DNS: 8.8.4.4

Cloudflare DNS

• Primary DNS: 1.1.1.1
• Secondary: 1.0.0.1

1. Go to Settings
2. Select Network
3. Choose Set Up Internet Connection
4. Select Wi-Fi or LAN (whichever you use)
5. Choose Custom
6. IP Address Settings → Automatic
7. DHCP → Automatic
8. DNS Settings → Manual

Now enter one of these:

Option 1: Google DNS (Best for stability)

• Primary DNS: 8.8.8.8
• Secondary DNS: 8.8.4.4

Option 2: Cloudflare DNS (Best for speed)

• Primary DNS: 1.1.1.1
• Secondary DNS: 1.0.0.1

9. MTU → Automatic
10. Proxy → Do Not Use
11. Save and test connection

Important Notes

• This does not affect your internet safety
• It only changes how your network finds servers
• You can revert anytime to automatic DNS

For many users, this:

• Fixes blocked downloads
• Improves speed
• Makes PKG Store more stable

Highly recommended if you face:

• Stuck downloads
• “Connection failed”
• Very slow speed

You can find your PS4’s local IP address directly in the console’s network settings.

Steps:

• On your PS4, go to Settings.
• Select Network.
• Open View Connection Status.
• Look for IP Address — this is your PS4’s local IP address.
• Use this IP address in the IP Field in the PKG Store Android app or the iPhone web page.

Tip: Make sure your PS4 and your phone are connected to the same Wi-Fi network, otherwise the connection will not work.

If you’ve forgotten your login details, please message us on Discord. We have a dedicated role for members and a channel specifically for support to assist you with account recovery or just write us an email.

Sometimes after manual payment:

• PKG Store still shows Expired
• This is a sync delay between systems

Why this happens:

SuperPSX and PKG Store are two different systems.
If auto debit is not used, syncing may take up to 24 hours.

What to do:

• Email us or
• Join Discord and open a ticket

Start & Select Buttons Not Working?

In PS1, PS2, and PSP games, the normal Start and Select buttons on the PS4 controller do not work.

This is normal behavior.

Correct Buttons:

• Touch Pad (Left Side) = Select
• Touch Pad (Right Side) = Start

This applies to all converted retro games

It’s very simple. Just compare two things:

1. Game Required Firmware (shown on the game page)
2. Your PS4 System Firmware (check in Settings → System → System Information)

Rule:

• If your firmware is the same or higher than the game’s required firmware, you can install and play the game normally.
• If your firmware is lower than the game’s required firmware, you will need the Update / Fix / Backport.

Examples

• Game Required Firmware: 9.00
  Your Firmware: 13.00
  → You can play the game.
• Game Required Firmware: 12.52
  Your Firmware: 7.55
  → Install the Update / Fix / Backport, then you can play the game.
• Game Required Firmware: 7.55 or lower
  Your Firmware: 12.52
  → You can play the game.

In short:
If your firmware is lower than the game requirement → install the Backport/Fix.
If your firmware is equal or higher → no fix needed.

Not always. It depends on the situation.

Updates: Sometimes updates are required. For example, if your PS4 firmware is lower than the game’s required firmware, you may need to install the update (or backport) for the game to run.

DLC: Installing DLC is optional. DLC only adds extra content like new missions, maps, or items, so it’s your personal choice.

Important: Some games (for example, Call of Duty titles) may require the base game, update, and certain DLC files to run properly.

To use PKG Store on PS5, you must enable Direct PKG Installer (DPI V2).

Steps:

1. Open etHen Tool Box on your PS5
2. Go to Services
3. Enable Direct PKG Installer (DPI V2)

Once enabled:
Your PS5 will show a web server like:
http://PS5_IP:12800

Now you can:

• Open PKG Store
• Switch PS4 → PS5 mode
• Send games directly
